Jerome Pierrat, French journalist, teams up with award-winning writer Jack Thorne (Glue) to pen the story of the Pink Panthers, the international jewel thief network. In 1993, a £ 500,000 diamond was stolen from a jewelry shop in Mayfair, Central London, when the gang (composed of Serbians) hid the precious stone in a face cream jar (as seen in the movie The Return of The Pink Panther). From that moment on, more than 120 thefts followed around the world and few of the gang members were arrested and sentenced to prison.
